Swagelok Denmark and Russia
Before Swagelok Denmark invested in InfoSuite, they printed a lot of Crystal reports, placed figures in spread sheets and calculated furthermore on the figures. This process was not optimal, very time consuming and with the risk that the figures still not included the correct information.
Their choice was to start on InfoSuite standard templates integrated with SCALA. The wish was to get the value out of InfoSuite usage immediately.
“With InfoSuite I save time and get my overview immediately. I get accurate information in a very fast way, and I can easily dig deeper into any deviation I find and investigate. If I want to find out more details, the software allows me to easily dive deeper. “The biggest benefit of InfoSuite is the availability at any point in time with the most recent data, as the system is updated every night. Furthermore, since it runs independently from any systems within our company, it does not slow down any operations inhouse.
It is a great way to create one analysis and then be able to “play” with it – meaning that if you first look at the customer from a sales person turnover, you can also look at product, market segment, etc. without creating a new analysis. You can receive new information instantly, so it is a quicker way to get an overview of the company.
