The reason for a deviation recorded in one department may be caused by activities in another department. By utilizing the numerous InfoSuite features the reason for the recorded deviation is analysed across the company functions. When using the InfoSuite Business Template for finance, A/R and A/P your company will also be allowed to follow up on the financial aspects of the activities.

The following analysis options - and many more - are predefined and ready for use in the InfoSuite Business Template:

• Follow-up on turnover, order stock, gross profits, ratios compared to last year or another period allowing for
• Follow-up on various performance indicators such as consistency in supply, delivery time, late deliveries, amount per invoice
• Follow-up in relation to sales budgets
• Follow-up on purchase orders, both delivered and still on order, providing for analysis on both quantity and amount as well as the date entries on the orders
• Follow-up on stock, including stock value in amount or quantity, opening/closing stock in a specifed period of time as well as the current value of the stock. In addition to this there are a number of options regarding stock turnover rate, cover as well as critical stock

All can be used for analyzing for example product groups, products, customer groups, customers, countries or other dimenesions of the ERP system
