Retail

All aspects of store monitoring

In retail you have to follow sales from the store - obviously with the intent to keep optimizing sales and minimizing inventory.

Store performance

If you have more than one store, you would of course like to compare the stores and move goods to the best selling locations.

InfoSuite includes a template designed for retail trade with exactly those parameters that are so fundamental within retail. Analyses can be made quickly when the need arises. Measuring can be made on throughput sales, hitrate, basketsize, open-to-buy, development in unit price, etc. InfoSuite allows you to analyze for example turnover, stock value or contribution ratio from different angles, such as item groups, item no., suppliers, campaigns.

Examples of analyses:

  • Store performance, Basketsize, Hitrate,
  • Retail sales, Retail stock, Throughput sales, Own articles
  • Consolidation/Benchmarking (ex: top-10 lists)

You decide the level of authorization in InfoSuite. The individual stores can see own data or data from all stores in the chain - with the purpose of creating benchmarking among the stores.
