Activity plans related to each salesman allow you to manage and communicate activities ensuring that the goals are achieved. Do we have orders to be executed? Hopefully, but how are they divided in the future? You can control the order book, the flow of orders and turnover in units and amounts, divided geographically and by customer and product group, etc. The contribution margin and ratio, no. of invoices, delivery time and consistency, returns and credits with causal explanation.
You can see deliveries (and undeliveries) and follow up on delivery time and consistency. If your company for example receives the same article from different suppliers, you can use the purchase analysis for comparison and select the one with the best ability to supply - or the best price, for that matter.
A stock analysis allows you to look up products or product groups and thus help the stock or logistics staff to optimize the stock. Interesting key performance indicators are stock value, rate of turnover and stock coverage in days. You can see the stock value in units and amounts, movements and rate of turnover for the relevant products, coverage and critical stock. The analysis can of course be combined with indicators for sales and purchase.
