How do you use InfoSuite?

In phase one the model was designed in a spreadsheet - but subsequently, it was replaced by InfoSuite, an information system already implemented and used for ordinary ratio surveys and analysis. ”InfoSuite is quite intuitive. After just a few hours instruction you are able to use the system and this is very important being a global organization”.
Today, Tytex knows that the decisions made by the top management are transformed into actions at employee level in each company. Everybody can follow the situation - deviations loead to new actions to be followed up upon.

Why InfoSuite - and InfoSuite A/S?

The future

Tytex has recently acquired the budget module and are looking forward to actually getting it implemented. ”The budget natually reflects the strategy, but the budgeting process is lagging behind. But we know that the InfoSuite budget module will help us”, Karin Jensen ends.
