Detailed information about the customers' purchase of for example Starmix and Goldbears support the entire sales process and opens up for the optimum sales.

And the sweet life with BI
"InfoSuite collects the business data of the sales department and presents and anayses it in detail. We can for example dig down into the files and see data turnover divided by articles, product groups, kilo and bags for each individual salesman, sales location or sales district," says Sales Manager Carsten Pedersen. The salesmen can see any diviations in sales and consider whether specific customers require special attendance. At the same time customers can be updated with detailed information about the trend in their purchase of Haribo products.
On a daily basis, the sales department at Haribo's save what equals half a working day for one employee. A job that InfoSuite now performs instead. That was the time it tool earlier to make the relatively few statistics and analyses which the sales department needed to get an overview of the extensive sales. Today, the sales department has direct access through InfoSuite to the statistics necessary.

The Danish headquarter in Fakse has established subsidiaries in Norway, Sweden, and Finland. They primarilly operate as sales companies and are supplied with products from the factory in Fakse. The subsidiaries also use InfoSuite as it is important that each individual salesman promptly can extract detailed information from InfoSuite and bring it to the many visits at customers.
