How do you use InfoSuite?

Speedometres visualize the situations: If the arrow points in the green area it is ok, in the yellow the data behind should be investigated. If in the read area the data behind must reveal why. You simply dig in deeper and deeper. 
”We also use the budget module - which really simplified our budgeting processes”, says Chartered Accountant Svend Erik Andersen. ”Not only is budgeting made directly in the InfoSuite client, where numbers and relationships already are present, but budgeting and reporting is decentralized at the relevant employees'. This increases the commitment of the relevant emloyees significantly.".

Why InfoSuite - and InfoSuite A/S?

”Actually, it was our business system supplier, an InfoSuite reseller, who in 1998 recommended InfoSuite to us”, says Svend Erik Andersen. ”Today, we cooperate directly with InfoSuite A/S – a very fine cooperation. The company's employees have gradually gained substantial knowledge in our type of business, which from the beginning deviated somewhat from the industries they used to operate in”.

The future

”We have recently implemented the InfoSuite Report Distribution module which automatically sends reports in a given time interval - and notifies about changes that require closer investigation. We are really looking forward to start using this”, Svend Erik Andersen ends.
