InfoSuite for Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV eliminates the difficult work of creating extracts from basic data and compiling this for reporting and analysis purposes. The Business Intelligence project is thus reduced to installation on the server, loading of historic data and a couple of lessons in InfoSuite. No installation at the individual user. You get an immediate overview of your business and the most important processes. You can focus on deviations in as well as developments of a long number of vital key ratios. You can intervene in time and change any undesirable developments – or generate opportunities for increased business. Quick overview and focus on reasons and potential are fundamental for increased efficiency and revenue.

InfoSuite for Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV contains predefined BI models and analyses in the following areas:

• Sales: sales reports, budget follow-up, order book, debitor analysis.
• Purchase: purchase reports, purchase order, creditor analysis.
• Stock: stock, stock key ratios.
• Finances: profil and loss statement, budget follow-up, balance sheet.
• Production: production forecasts/plans, production reports, production follow-ups,  efficiency/productivity.

More than 100 key ratios in freely selected time periods and time period comparisons, analysed at almost 100 different dimensions give you unlimited analysis options!
Access to the information and various functions is controlled by efficient authorisation control systems. I.e. only relevant analyses/key ratios are visible to the individual InfoSuite user. Furthermore, functionality is limited in that the user has access only to relevant functions. 
Charts and key ratios have integrated access to action plans and activities. With this tool you can establish a total system for strategic follow-up (Performance Management). You get full flexibility to create analyses and target your reporting towards the requirements in the company/organisation  -  as well as launching completely new initiatives, or activities of existing key ratios to ensure the desired development.
